Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Like any writing project, there will be multiple drafts and revisions. RWS head resume writer will work with you throughout the Re-Vision period, ensuring your career goals are captured in the best way possible. As a result, there are no refunds, once a service has been purchased. RWS guarantees that if you are not receiving 2x more job interviews within 90 days of receiving your final copy, we will rewrite your resume one time, free of charge, with a 7 day turn around. Only certain packages are eligible for our guarantee.
Service Agreement
The service agreement defines the terms and understanding between the resume writer and client concerning the creation and content of the resume. Both parties must agree to engage in resume services. By agreeing, both the writer and client affirm their commitment to a collaborative and professional resume creation process. It includes the following contents:
- Information gathering
- Re-Vision process
- Timeline
Referral Program
RWS is always looking to help others find the job of their dreams, and you can help. If you know someone who can benefit from a career service, then your referral could be the missing link between them and RWS. If you refer them and they purchase a service, then you have the option of receiving a $20 bonus or $20 credit towards your own service with RWS.
Option 1: $20 bonus
If you choose this option, you can redeem $20 via PayPal or Zelle. No cash transactions accepted.
Option 2: $20 credit
If you choose this option, you have 60 days to use your credit towards any service that we offer. Once expired, you can no longer use the credit.
Referral Eligibility:
- The client must be in need of one or more of RWS services.
- The client must purchase one or more of RWS services.
- The client must submit your name as a referral.
- The referral cannot receive more than one bonus for the same person.
